Graded Discussion Board (GDB)  for the Course CS615 (Software Project Management)  will be open on VULMS and you are required to submit your answer / comments between Thursday, 26 February 2015 – Friday, 27 February 2015.

Discussion Topic

Project Management Institute (PMI) is world’s top institute for Project Management association, collaboration, education and research with almost 2.9 million professional working all over the globe. PMI publishes Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK)® Guide & Standards book and in its 6th (most recent) Edition (Year 2013), a brand new Knowledge Area has been introduced known as “Project Stakeholders Management”.

What do you think that Manage Stakeholder Engagement helps in improving performance of Project Stakeholders Management Knowledge Area as well as throughout the Project lifecycle? Justify in either case.

2.    You should post your comments / answer on the Graded Discussion Board, Not on Regular MDB. Both will run parallel to each other during the time specified above. You will not get any marks if you posted your answer on Regular MDB.

7.    Relevant books, websites and other reading material may be consulted before posting your comments. (Do not copy the material as it is.)
8.    No extra time will be given for GDB.
9.    GDB answer will NOT be accepted through e-mail.
