Somevisits.com is real or fake site?

A website name as "somevisits.com" has offered to all countries, mean to whole world to pay 750$ US Dollar just for visiting 250 websites per day, Mean you will earn about 10$ - 15$ per day. For track the reports they are claim to use a special Tracking Software to track the page views by worker.
I have worked with this website since 1 month, but still i don't have to get money by any way of payment, because i'm pakistani, and somevisits.com just offering to pakistani's via eprepaynow card, but i have confusion about that card, wheather that card is trusted or not, even i have confusion about this site, because this scam website with no payment proofs no real identity on internet somevisits.com is a scam site. Some people says that this site is establish in pakistan but this site is US Based website, 
But my research says that this site is in germany and the owner of this site have US nationality, so everyone confuse about this site, and no one gives us any proof about payment of this site or any proof about the fraud or scam report of this site,
