ASSIGNMENT:
Mr. Salman, accounts officer in a university, remains erroneous in every task
starting from small accounting entries to report generation from last 6 months.
Type of small typographical errors which leads to miscalculations in his work
shows that he is not incompetent rather has lack of attention. After the initial
observation, it is found that he has some psychological disorder. Firing any
employee is very rare in company history; company has a clear policy of
retaining talent. The company has also a policy to counsel the employee in case
of any problematic attitude. For this purpose a special institute, Dawood
institute of employee assistance, has been recently developed inside the
organization to assist employees with problematic behavioral issues. You, as
HR manager of the company, are required to take the decision about Mr.
Salman by using rational decision making approach. Steps of rational decision
making are given in following table and for your convenience three steps are
already filled, you are required to fill the rest of the steps and take decision.

VULMS for the current semester, therefore no excuse will be
entertained after due date of assignments, quizzes or GDBs.
